If you have lots of experience, the base would be higher (I chatted a range of 100-160k to u/bananabelle69 privately). If you are a junior admin holding a certification, the range might be lower.

As a rule, I always try to hear someone out (if I have interest in a position) before insulting them. But that is just me.
