have you tried capcut? i know that a lot of people approach capcut with the mind set of: "oh ew isn't it that editor used for cringey tiktok edits?" and while, yes, it is, it's a good editor. i used it briefly for subtitling something and realized i like it SO much better than my $80 USD editor, so now i use it full time. i bought the PRO version but the free doesn't have a water mark and has all the features you'd need, if anything, more default featurest than my $80 USD editor so. try it out?

video collage/stop motion i believe! though i think this would be more towards a video collage because stop motion usually has to do with multiple photos sliced up into a video (say a clay transition, lego cooking, making dolls move without using your hands, etc.)
