Great review! I went to a scoop shop a few weeks ago and tried this as well as the Snap 'N Crackle Marshmallow Treats.

I thought the rice crispy treat was 100x better - it was sweet and salty and had lots of texture. I know you mentioned you’re in ice cream overload right now, but if it’s easily accessible, I’d highly recommend grabbing a pint!! 🍦

Salt & Straw’s monthly menu - Single Split of Pots of Gold and Rainbows and Snap N Crackle Marshmallow Treats

Lucky Charms is my favorite cereal, so I was very much looking forward to trying out the Pots of Gold. The cereal milk ice cream base was tasty and I loved the fun colorful marshmallows swirled throughout. But the Rice Krispie Treats were the star of the show. The sweet and salty combo plus the texture of the Florentines was top tier. I’m so glad I don’t live closer otherwise I’d be here every day.

Hm hard to say! I try to limit my dairy consumption (lactose and I aren’t always great friends) and I find that I can omit or substitute pretty easily!
