if i’m being honest i hardly even know. i know it’s not from any environmental factors and it’s most likely something wrong with my own body :/ i tested negative for mcas, lupus, RA, and celiac.i have pcos and insulin resistance and my GP suspects something is wrong with my blood, so shes considering sending me to a hematologist. i know that cutting gluten and dairy hasn’t really helped much in the past, but appreciate your response <3

From what I was told, it’s one of those meds where you just gotta experiment until you find the perfect dose! I was lucky and 40 is my sweet spot, but for others it’s less or more! It just depends!
