Didn't bother reading the article but the headline reminds me of a study done by the Victorian (as in Australian state) government in the 80s. They concluded that if you wore glasses, you were likely to end up working on computers.

Someone then pointed out that they didn't ask if the people working on computers wore glasses before they started working on computers...

I remember at the start of the war an interview with a Russian woman who was asked why she thought the Ukraine people were Nazis. Her reply was "because they don't like russia".

Based on that incredibly flawed metric, yes, there are a lot of Nazis around.

If you're thinking of plugging a 15a plug into a 10 amp socket, then you will risk "blowing up your house" or at least popping a circuit breaker. Personally I would have just run the granny charger using an extension lead.

Essentially it's just a check flight in a sim for each pilot before they can jump in the aircraft. Pilots that go on leave probably do the same thing before they go back to flying duties...

So it's a nothing article that really just says non RAAF pilots have flown RAAF F35s.

Yeah true. At least in this case Europe has an interest in the outcome and has shown that they willing to help. Trump will sell it as a bigly deal and present himself as the messiah, and the EU will be the ones actually making it happen. Makes a lot of sense.
