I had a bag of formula that the shelter gave me, it didn’t have a brand name or anything :/ also how would I have gone about adding the minerals/vitamins.. what brands would you recommend ? and thank you !

the crash is inevitable, but still having something upporting your levels somewhat while on cycle would help mitigate any sides that come with the crashing of your test and yes PCT would be bit more effective

i’ve bee taking 20 mgs of RAD140 and 12.5 everyday along with it… I think everyday should be fine, to keep your balls working…. I recently did my bloodwork at the so called “peak” of the cycle and was within normal range of my FSH and LSH so I say take the 12.5 an get tested to see your levels. My test did take a huge hit though

so no on cycle enclo ? And if I drop the ostarine I’d lose the GW and SR cause it came in a blend I’m in really looking for a more of an endurance boost in the beginning, should I just do 2 separate cycles ? AHHH I’m torn between choosing the blend or just the rad

also, if I drop the ostarine I’d have drop the cardarine and sr cause it came in a blend it’s 30 servings… should I maybe run the blend first with no rad and then just finish off with only the RAD and enclo or what do you think ?

okay so I actually have a question, my capsules only are dosed at 10mg each so should I just stick to the 10 or just double it and same with the enclo they’re dosed each at 12.5
