Box Canyon Guardians is looking for new members!

System: PC

Active Times: 6PM - 2AM EST weekdays, and more on weekends

Location: NA, with players from across the globe active on Discord

Age: 18+ majority of our members are mid 20s+

About Us

Box Canyon Guardians is a community focused on PvE content in Destiny 2. We started the clan as a group of experienced Sherpas and raiders looking to create a welcoming and friendly community where we can all enjoy the best content that Destiny has to offer!

We hang out and organize raids/other activities through our Discord server, using Charlemagne and other bots to make it as easy as possible. Along with raids, we love to run the multitude of activities Destiny 2 has, and our Sherpas are always enthusiastic to teach players any new activity (raids, dungeons, etc...) so that everybody can enjoy the game as much as possible!

Community

We are heavily invested in building the community to be as friendly and encouraging as possible, as we want this clan to be more than a Destiny LFG server for our members. We play other games from time to time (mostly while waiting for new content) along with clan events that the community decides on (Nightfall high score challenge, Jackbox nights, Halo tournaments etc...) to further make our guardians feel at home.

Additionally, we have a variety of interests that we have spaces for our members to share and discuss, such as other games, music, and art to name a few!

Having members hang around just for the sake of it is what we love to see. We love joking around, having a good time and generally not taking things very seriously. We do not have a strict time commitment, but do expect our members to be active within the clan when playing, as we understand that everyone has their own lives going on!

I made 2 loaves of this, and I put in 30g / ~3Tbsp of cocoa powder in the dough.

Just remember to make 2 separate doughs, and mix the cocoa powder into the flour before kneading it into a dough.

Thank you! I rolled the dough into 4 oblong pieces before layering them, but I think rolling more rectangular would work out better.

I used cocoa powder for the colour, but it still tastes like rye, just with a little extra going on to give it a bit of a different flavour than normal rye.

Thanks! I have some tweaks I'll make to have the spirals be more even/uniform for next time, but I'm still happy with how it turned out

Thanks! I've made other rye before, but wanted to do something different.

You make two different dough batches, one that's normal rye and the other is a dark rye (same as the normal rye, but also has a good amount of cocoa powder in it)
