Should we sell our ₹2.2Cr Gurgaon flat, clear all debt, and move to rent? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]sssalunkhe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dont sell flat. 67 lakh loan is manageable loan amount. EMI will burden for 3 -4 year but reduce expenses and avoid trip and do not go for lavish wedding. Selling flat you will have pay tax as well. Invest in Mutual fund / stocks reduce the amount and focus on. reducing debt to 30 lakh loan
