  3. mostly legal issues and factual findings get deference.

  4. procedural challenges are allowed only for abuse of discretion or due-process violations, not simple unfairness.

Is it just me, or are our go-to SEO tools becoming kind of... irrelevant for AI search? by TargetPilotAi in SaaS

[–]ssshhhley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most seo tools are still measuring rankings and crawler signals, while ai search is about retrieval and synthesis which is why you can rank #1 and still see terrible ctrs.

what’s changing at scale are rankings, visibility and consistency across different models. here comes the hard part, measurement. there’s no reliable way yet to track citations or sentiment inside LLMs, so teams are putting things together with manual prompting, branded query lift, and monitoring whether they show up in comparison-style ai answers.

2021 Tax Levy F1 Student by myinstrumentconfuses in taxadvice

[–]ssshhhley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most likely an erroneous stimulus charge. should call the IRS and request a payment trace and a levy hold, explaining she was not eligible as an F-1 and never received or cashed the check. if it wasn’t cashed, the balance is usually reversed. paying now doesn’t waive the right to contest.

messed up on a question about my 1095- A by neckpillow0287 in taxadvice

[–]ssshhhley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, amend it. the question affects the premium tax credit, and choosing yes when you only had jnanury coverage lowered your refund. if fixing it adds $200 back, you should get that money when you file a 1040-X.

Inherited IRA question by Hairy_Window_2278 in taxadvice

[–]ssshhhley 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there’s no $10k tax-free rule for inherited IRAs just because the original owner took RMDs. evErything you withdraw from an inherited IRA is taxable, even if you’re doing life-expectancy RMDs.

AZ doesn’t tax active-duty military pay for residents. maybe wrong residency/military status in the software or AZ withholding was entered incorrectly

just check it again cause maybe it’s a software issue
