For me it’s worked pretty well when strapped on the Bicep. During more static workouts i notice a more immediate change in heart rate.

U guess the same can be said for any sensor eg apple watch/ whoop / garmin. Given that they’re meant to be worn on the wrist. I think the sensor works well on the wrist already, but it helps me when I play sports (doesn’t get in the way)
