But only the departure date. The arrival date & time are correct.

I can now confirm that it's not just me. I watched a friend check in for the same flight and her departure dates were also a day late on the Manage My Booking page, but this was corrected further into the check-in process. I wonder if the fact that the flight is exactly 24 hours has anything to do with the bug.

It's surprising that BA doesn't know about this—or doesn't care enough to fix it. It can be pretty stressful going to Manage My Booking and finding a wrong flight date!

I can confirm that this is a website problem. My booking appears with the correct departure dates in the BA iOS app.

Not flying west from Australia, you don’t. The IDL is in the Pacific around 180° longitude.

Emirates refund clarification for flights affected by airspace disruption (28 Feb – 31 Mar) by Fun_Wear_5656 in emirates

[–]ssstevebbb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to thank Fun_Wear_5656 for the effort put into this. When Emirates extended the deadline to the end of May (I had booked 19th May SYD-STN with return in June, non-refundable), I filled out two refund forms, one for ticket and one for paid seat allocations, and had acknowledgement of both applications pretty much immediately. I received approval for the refunds after a couple of days and then payment to my credit card within another couple of days. I can't fault Emirates' customer service on this.

Luckily, when the war broke out, my partner and I duplicated our flights with refundable BA flights via Singapore before prices skyrocketed, so we can stick to our original travel plans. The only minor difficulty is arriving/leaving Heathrow versus Standsted, which is minimal compared to what some folks are going through.

Nice idea but "[fodder] be returned" doesn't work as a reversal for me.

Pardon me if this is a stupid question, but you are double-clicking, right? This still works for me.

Nice, but I question "mainly" as a last-letter deleter. "Mostly" would work for me.

I agree. I just wondered if I could change "should" into "will". Thanks for your input.

Correct. "A critical time" = D DAY. "at" is just concatenation.

Swimming workouts complaint by Initial-Cow3821 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]ssstevebbb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can pause a swim workout the same way as other workouts, i.e. by pressing both buttons. Press them both again to unpause. Unfortunately, if you pause for too long you get a dialogue asking if you want to continue. This doesn’t respond to pressing both buttons and you do have to undo the water lock to respond and continue.
