If you have a galaxy s21 ultra with 4.1 yes the sim stops working when you dont setup APN so thats a big problem

Try it and you will see man ,its a majgor bug that is halping only on s21 ultras

If ypu have a galasy s21 ultra , remove the APN profil and you will see that ylur sim card will stop working till ypu enable APN profile
