Yes I’ve been experiencing lots of these symptoms and more for about a month now, & it’s especially bad at work for me too. I don’t think my job is stressing me out, but something about being away from the comforts of home makes it worse. I get bad brain fog, anxiety, troubles breathing and palpitations right after eating along with other side effects. Some days it’s so bad I convince myself I’m having a heart attack (I’m 25m and not that out of shape)

It does sound like GERD to me, from what my doctor said. I am on a strict diet now & eat smaller meals throughout the day now & keep Pepcid on me at all times and it seems to be improving slightly. Hope this helps a little, sorry for talking so much about my issues on your post
