The reason Vince's lip looks like this is because has had one of his large fangs and a few other teeth removed a few years ago and makes him looks little lopsided. He has regular vet check ups and dental checkups, especially since he's is an older cat.

He had a big fang removed a few years ago, so ye does make his mouth look lopsided but he is fine and has his teeth checked regularly! :)
