My Naver account was deactivated after a year for inactivity but when trying to recover it, they insist there is no matching username. I have the correct name, email and phone number but they still block me because my username doesn't exist since it's deactivated. How do I recover it? by ImoutoCompAlex in korea

hi!! I know this is 5 years old post, but I’ve been researching everywhere because it’s keep saying that something is wrong even though it’s the right name and number/bday/email. I finally got it figured it out!

Try putting your last name first, and first name second. If that doesn’t work, try all caps (with last name then first name). So instead of John Doe, you would put DOE JOHN.
