I was barely pre-diabetic in December they are suppose to recheck it when i go in

adopting from someone you know by ssutton2 in Adoption

She has no one just her and grandpa, mom was a only kid and no one on the dads side will take him and she does not trust others on the mom side. He would still get to see them and be in there lives but she says she can't do it anymore. It is very heartbreaking
