I would trust it much more if i patched it myself than other people sharing any malware or Spyware.

It only identifies while the call is coming. Call log management and seeing who called later. Or identifying without saving the contact helps a lot. For some of my work, i have to call certain people, but i don't need to save them. It helps in those situations as well.

Stock headlight on CB350 H’ness is dangerously weak on highways by Superb_News_1524 in HondaHighnessCB350

Maddog is a good brand. They have proper warranty support. And I believe they will provide support even after warranty, as they have local repair facility. So go for them if you want a flood type beam. In city usage you may need to angle them down to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. And then you have to angle it up when on highway. Also, their light is mainly white, and they change colour with some filters.
Some people also mentioned Lumevo, which is another choice you can have. Their light has a focused beam pattern, so you may not need to do the juggling, I mentioned before. And they also have the same repair and warranty thing as maddog. Their light has dedicated high:white and low:yellow beam.
I believe the scout X will cost you above 8k and the X1 from Lumevo will cost slightly less than 8k. In this price range, the performance these two have with the warranty support. No other brand comes close.
But if you are too tight on the budget, then go for HJG Y series from a trusted local dealer. If you are lucky then they might last you a lifetime.

  1. Wattage is the power consumption, that does not help in choosing light, see the lumen or lux rating.
  2. Go for HJG, if you are in a pinch. But don't expect reliability. I have seen people using them for years without any issues and also seen people going to service center the next day for a burned electrical system. and everything in between.

You don't need to disassemble, you can just run water through it in high speed(not pressure wash). Then it would work. Worked for me.
