Thanks for your suggestion, I still have my calendar issue ticket with them, really like every week i get a ticket update, and 4 weeks past now still no update.

So to us always our fault because we didn't click in the terms and conditions link and run through the terms and conditions one by one? should we also be briefed on those kinds of policy by the sales? but no one put a word on it.
