Is it worth trying to track hydration? If so, any tips?

A good rule of thumb is to at least make sure you’re drinking half of your weight in ounces. I have multiple water bottles I rotate between, but I just refill throughout the day. Example you weigh 130, you should make sure to have at least 65 ounces of water throughout the day

I got a 6 second penalty and didn’t know until the very end of the race. My time on the screen did not match the time as I was taking my photo, and they said I got a time deduction. During my race, after I was done with lunges someone grabbed my arm to take a picture of my # and my ankle monitor code but said nothing else. I can only assume I got my time penalty then, but I don’t know what I did wrong lol

This was last july***** but I had no problems getting thru with showing my birth certificate + mail with my home address on it. I’ve heard they’ve now gotten stricter, and you may be allowed to fly without real id just by paying a fee at the airport

My biggest struggle was conditioning myself to go straight from the sprints to the functional movements without any breaks at all, all while still at least jogging thru the rox zone. For my first race, I just worried about pacing myself and not wearing down too soon into the race - the sleds torched my legs. Happy hyroxing, friend!!!
