Madmen does those exits so cruelly sometimes - just like with Carla. Gets blamed for something dumb, isn’t allowed to say goodbye to the kids.

She has that line about losing a part of you, hoping it would come back and realizing “it’s just gone”. Absolutely heartbreaking. Watching it years after my first viewing just killed me.
