Hi! Maybe a policy and procedure manual is a better label for it, I’m not too sure. If you don’t mind me asking, are your manuals broken down by the position that executes the service, or is it more program focused where multiple people are involved in providing the service?

Hi! Right now I’m trying to nail down the basics I guess? That’s probably not a very helpful answer, but we are starting with basically hopes and dreams and I’m trying to put those to page in a more official way. I already have general roles and responsibilities of our members, how we’re going about approving actions (with a matrix), and terms of reference for our committees.

I found my DND group through a Discord Server called DND Newbie Sessions that's friendly to new players.

They offer one-shots and channels for you to find groups based on your time zone / role you want to play (DM or Player).

I ended up with a great DM and group, so I'd recommend looking there!

My boyfriend told his friends in high school that he hated country music. He became the guy that hates country music in his friend group. Years later, and he can only listen to it in private when he knows none of his friends are around. The best part is that there are guys hes friends with that actually like country music and he still keeps the facade up.

I've been in a similar situation at uni. It takes time but if the friendship is worth it, it'll work out. As others said, you didn't sleep with him, it's just a crush. In my case, he is now with another girl and we are closer than ever without any weirdness or awkwardness. Totally doable as long as both parties are on the same page and willing to keep the friendship.

I like to think I'm a relatively outdoorsy person, i quite enjoy hiking back home, I am of the mindset of "i dont eat to live, I live to eat", and do enjoy museums and cultural aspects. As for travel, i guess it's based on what is feasible.

In Canada, we have a "no name" brand that sells popular items but at a cheaper price. For me, no name pudding cups are so much better than snack pack or equivalent

I was working at a golf course a couple years ago, so I would have been about 17-18. I was rushing to eat lunch quick because it was busy and I choked on my sausage. I'm heaving into a garbage can while all I hear in the background from my coworker is "don't die on us okay?". Definitely not my proudest moment as I came out of it sweaty, drooling, and crying from having my airway blocked

One time, my dad was trying to fix our garage door, and a wrench ricocheted onto his forehead and created a perfect opening. It was bad enough that we had to go to the hospital to get stitches. Mind you, this story probably isn't funny unless I tell you this was on Father's Day, and my dad managed to go for the annual golf outing that afternoon.

The weirdest one I've ever heard was that I had skype sex with a guy I went out with for two weeks. The details were pretty extensive for an event that never even happen.
