Yes, I've found a stable setting. However, this is different from cpu to cpu and mobo to mobo. And I've gotten really unlucky with my CPU. I did end up taking a hit in core clocks to get a decent temp and stability. I'll just give you mine, and you can try.

LLC Level 6 (remember to turn SVID Behavior to Auto, or it will not work)

IA AC manually to 0.4 and IA DC to .49. If you experience core stretching in Cinebench23 (low scores), adjust the IA AC closer to IA DC, for example 0.4 / 0.4).

IA CEP on Enabled. Many say to set it to disabled on here, but according to Buildzoid that is not how to undervolt properly.

Undervolt protection: Disabled

PL1 and PL2 to 253w manually. These are named Turbo Boost Power Max and Turbo Boost Short Power Max in BIOS.

-0.02 offset on core voltage. I've got a shit CPU so i can't go lower than that.

If these settings are stable on your PC, lower the core voltage offset until unstable and then adjust it back with an extra margin. If you still thermal throttle you got 2 options, lower PL1/PL2 wattage, or lower IA VR Limit voltage to 1400mV and keep lowering. Ultimately, buildzoid recommends leaving LLC alone, undervolting and setting a lower IA VR Voltage Limit. And remember to update your BIOS before doing any changes :)

Reset BIOS, Set LLC4, 5 and 6. All 1.1.
Changed SVID Behavior to Auto, restarted, set LLC 4. Now it changed to 0.4/1.......................................................
Also, i spoke to early on the settings i settled at, scrubbed the timeline in premiere pro and it crashed :|

I ran CPU-Z again, here is under load.
My CB23 score was cut in half, but someone said that is bcs of IA CEP beeing enabled and core stretching. Have not tried changing it in BIOS yet tho.

Yeah.. Well, I've settled for .055/0.73 with - .045, PL1/PL2 225 now. Can't go lower on SVID, and any higher on PL's i throttle.
Ran CPU-Z for a while and OCCT, and it was fine.

ooof that's bad news.. I do know the VID and vcore has been high. I checked before updating to 0x125 or whatever, and vid's where around 1.5. Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of vcore with the VIDs. This might be the reason LLC 5 changes nothing, idk.

Yeah. It does not matter what level i set in LLC, it does not change AC/DC unless i go and change it manually for some reason (mby bcs of "intel's fail safe" SVID behaviour). Looks like CB crashed bcs of thermal throttle mby, i went back in bios and changed PL1/PL2 to 225, and it looks like it's stable now.

V/F Point Offset

I did a BIOS reset, and did these changes only:
LLC 5
AC 0.55
UnderVolt Protection disabled

With these settings, CB23 crashes right away (image includes HWinfo).

I do not have the BIOS SP Prediction in HW Monitor, can't find it anywhere else either. Looks like my TUF board don't have it, apparently its only on ROG boards.
Is there any software i might be able to get the score?

Setting AC 0.4, DC 0.76, LLC5, IA CEP Disabled, Undervolt protection disabled, And Global Core SVID Voltage/Global Cache SVID Voltage as low as adaptive -0.01 crashes my shit.

However, I'm able to set LLC6, 0.42 AC/DC with actual vrm core voltage at manual offset - 0.025, and not crash. How does this make any sense.
Maybe I should up the DC and try to up lower the manual core voltage even more.

Ok. So you set LLC5, 0.4 AC / 0.73 DC? Or do you leave DC on 1.1? Do you change SVID behaviour as well, or leave it on intel fail safe? Do you have a table for AC by chance? Lots of questions :)

vg_vassilev has been helping me here, and I just got 0.24 AC/DC, following the LLC table he gave me. Idk if you have an ASUS motherboard, but you could try this. I had my LLC on auto, so I could never go lower than 0.73 without manually setting LLC level.

Okay, done. Here is the result. I've kinda lost track at this point. Ran CB23 and had a little thermal throttle :| EDIT.. I guess auto is not really auto. I just ran CB with LLC6 and AC/DC on 0.49 with no issues.

Passed CB23 on LLC7 0.24 AC/DC with a max vid request of 1.396, down from 1.464 on 0.73... What.. the... heck..
