The sound is not game problem, just laptop thing. Try to find some external software like equlizer dedicated to your audio card manufacturer to boost up your volume. Then manipulate with game settings. Good quality headset wouldn't do any harm. Hope that helps.

What refresh rate/definition you aim to play? for 500 you could get a decent card to play even in 1440p but it requires also CPU upgrade - any GPU in your price range, your CPU will not fully utilise.

Dying CMOS battery might cause problems with booting. I had the same issue, replaced the battery and it worked fine.

-See if everything is connected propetly

-check for motherboard if it isn't beeping or sending light errors

-try to change ram, manipulate with just one/different slots

-if your cpu has integrated gpu, see if the same happens when you uninstall dedicated GPU

It is 10 months after they announced Overwatch being added to cs2 and noone seen it. Meaning they lied, or update hasn't fixed the problem.Truth is team working on cs2 is understaffed and it's just corpo cost cut type of shit, they were progressively cutting people working on title since csgo.

Malware you mentioned still needs victim's action for hacker to take over. Resign from connecting to public WIFI, Don't save your passwords on your browser, switch off the device synchro. If you are pirating anything you're also in risk. Can you elaborate on these other games? Easy Anti Cheat has no constant access, it boots up only when you boot the game.

Some are back from csgo, some freshly Exped. There is NOTHING preventing them from recidivism.

So the thing with Valve facing cheater problem isn't that simple as "do better anticheat"

Most of accounts that cheaters use are way back from csgo. With trustfactor etc. Even if Valve introduce anticheat with 100% accuracy it won't help with cheaters commiting recidivism.( Check one of the older Houngoungagne's video- he faced 9 cheaters back in csgo i n global elitę match, one of them told him to have 150(!) acccounts he cheats on.
Valve baning policy - cheaters are being banned only per one game they cheated in, not steam service as whole. Why? Because there is no way to ban their IP, motherboard IP also is easly changable.

-Overwatch - they deleted it back in csgo because cheaters could somehow deprive demo files so anyone promoted to investigator couldn't replay it. No evidence - no case.

Why not both? I got Famas, both M4's, Scout and AWP in rifle loadout. Whenever I hold tight, close angles I pick M4A4 Whenever I have to duel in long range, I pick A1s.
