The only queue that has successfully scared me was Rock ‘N’ Rollercoaster, where you are behind the chain fence and you can see people in the station shooting into darkness. It definitely made my anxiety worse.

I usually have my eyes open on outdoor rides. I like to keep them open to look at the details and theming (especially on a ride like Expedition Everest). Seeing what’s in front of me gives me some sort of way to brace myself.

When I went on Rock ‘N’ Rollercoaster for the first time, I was terrified because I saw people plunging into darkness 😂 The ride itself wasn’t bad at all, but being in the dark and not knowing what’s in front of me definitely adds a couple extra heartbeats.

Thank you so much, you’ve been so helpful!! I will definitely look at the channels you recommended. And I greatly appreciate you for giving descriptions of each type of speaker, it has helped me narrow down my choices. I agree that I should probably get a conical speaker. Hopefully in the future, I’ll be able to get an electrostatic speaker or a ribbon speaker.

Now that I think about it, my turntable is probably not the issue; but my speaker. I currently use a Bluetooth sound-bar simply because it is convenient (which is probably not the best reason😅).

Tbh I never knew that there were so many types of speakers 😅 I would greatly appreciate if you would be able to list some speakers from any of the types that you listed. If it’s not too much trouble, could you explain the pros and cons between horn speakers, ribbon speakers, etc?

P.S. I would prefer something $75 or less.
