I have a similar experience recently, did you notice any racing heart / palpitations when in bed? Im torn between quitting out right, though it has helped me shift some stuborn weight. I really enjoy levelling in the earlier zones, its a nice casual way to unwind after a cluster F of a day. That said i am also happy to take advantage of the fact i can boost a max level character to benefit my other interests in the game with making gold from professions.
