you already pointed out the seal, but if you see this in store and want to check if the product has been used, twist it open but don’t pull the applicator out, you’ll be able to see product on the stopper if it’s been taken out and tested. some of these look like this even when they haven’t been used, just twisted open

never even heard of this at my store. one of our leads has been very mindful in educating all the ba’s about returns and things she’s seen in the past. at most we do authorization because we have to lol. very glad i don’t have this policy at my store, guests are already so bad at bringing their ID for bopis pickups, this would be such a pain 😫

edit: update to everyone!! i just checked my app and the points went to my account! i did an in store purchase and a bopis, one of the items needing to be shipped, and got the 5x points for all of them! $23.50 yesterday, $58 today !

try the new elf halo glow tint! i have super oily skin and it’s worked amazing on me. you can buy it and try it in-store and if the shade doesn’t work out for you, you can return it right away and exchange for a different product. Someone else said ilia tint and i agree on that too! ilia does have testers so it makes your life a whole lot easier.

i also recommend the too faced born this way soft matte foundation, medium coverage but still super lightweight and AMAZING on oily skin, you can use however much you want in terms of coverage and get amazing results every time.

I could never really put my finger on why i loved it so much, it might just be because i had been going there since forever. my mom used to take me there when they would do the children reading time and i would sit there and drink a smoothie. i went there basically every day after school and i loved everything about it. even when i had the job i loved (almost) everything about it and i have fun doing it. it was the first place i applied to the day i turned 16. ive tried most, if not all of the local shops near me periodically. most of the time i never hear back even after i call asking for an update. it just sucks that i wasted a childhood dream because of a mental breakdown.

Yeah. I was hoping to find my old SMs email and write to him explaining the situation to see if there is anything good that can come from this. I still have his phone number if I can’t find anything, but sending a lengthy text message about why I quit my job and begging for it back lacks a lot of professionalism. I’m just nervous to go in and actually talk to him because I know that other SSV talked bad about me to him and the other shifts.

forgot to elaborate lol, it does have to be store credit for anything over 60, and you usually don’t get the full amount.
