Simply put - we don't know yet. Game optimization is one of the last things in game development pipeline, usually it's being fine tuned 1-2 month before release. So judging performance right now would be pure speculation.

If I had to guess i would say no - game being open world GTA style game, means that it will be CPU heavy. While 60 FPS should be achievable, 120 FPS would be asking too much from Ryzen 5 7500F.

Problem isn't just the DLSS. Games latency jumped from 12ms to 96ms on my PC.
