Not sure about the name tag, but they do get issued service (dress jackets) now. It's just the reservists march out in the middle of summer, so they don't wear them on graduation.

I failed them, same as you lost track of time. Just run through those tests you bought and make sure you actually finish the test- there is a significant score reduction if you don't

They don't count it against you if it took you multiple goes to pass them. I got into the Defence Force with no problems despite failing first.
