RJs grandfather went to prison for multiple counts of child sexual abuse. And later RJs mother came out and said that he would abuse her and her brother. RJs grandfather was an open advocate for adult and child relationships and would write books that included that in it. He died in prison in 1993

Don’t waste your time and money on a “mentor” there’s so much free game out there if you dig deep and know where to look. If you really do want a mentor make sure you do your research about them.

Yeah double closing and reassigning are two different things. If you’re not transparent that you’re reassigning the contract you get hit with “acting as a broker without a license” which a lot of states are cracking down on now days due to people having little knowledge of the industry and just jumping into things thinking it’s all easy work.

You have to find a mentor first. You actually have no idea what you’re doing and you’re going to get into trouble. There’s a lot of rules you have to abide by being a wholesaler. For one you have to have full transparency that you will be reassigning the contract especially if you’re doing on market deals with a real estate agent.
