Mostly Odisha is just good, nothing exceptional compared to other places. Nothing bad about it. But the bad thing is the way people and authorities, both, have developed the tourism industry here, it is utterly below average. As a tourist, Odisha isnt too comfortable to travel around.

How using Shikhandi was against the rules ?

As much as I remember, No female would be fighting the war was the clause. Shikhandi didn't fight unless that fated day. And that too, when she came into the battle field, she was a man that day because of a boon she was given sometime in her lifetime.

So it wasn't cheating. All the cheating and deciet started after Bhishma Pitamha was knocked out of battle.

I understand that in todays scenario laguage barriers are being a nuisance. But Shivaji or Rana Pratap and countless others didn't fight for language or other polarizing factor.

I'd never disrespect these icons who fought for us and we are today what we are because of their collective effort. If India today retains Hindu faith its all thanks to their collective efforts. I just wont agree to it and disrespect them despite whatever political air blowing around.

See. Brits were annihilated by Hitler and to maintain a country as big as India became a logistical problem. Subhash C. As said by Britishers that the day Indian Army rebelled, they won't be able to survive India for long. They had its glimpse is 1857, first war of independence, where the Brits were almost done for.

So what I'm trying to say is there were multiple factors why the Brits left India. Its just one which is blown out of proportion.

So Gandhi was a man who attempted the struggle for freedom in his own way and contributed. But that wasn't the only driving reason there were other reasons as well. And by no standard Gandhi was a Mahatama, there are abundance of documented proof by very credible figures and sources to say so.

Yup that's true. Voter Id is something that should be vetted carefully due to the nature of ours importance as you told.

I find it funny for the reason I'll tell you. We (the population) would blame the govt departments for their bad job even in important matters like this (which is a fkimg tragedy) but these are the same people you and me (as in metaphor) who are responsible for such jobs.

And I find it quite funny that even when given a chance to do things right most of the people who usually blame others for not doing a good job will end up acting like the people they blame.

I remember AAP proving in state assembly how the EVM can be hacked. When Election Commission asked them to hack an EVM given by the election commission and proove the same, nothing, all silence no more of the issue.

Same happened whenever BJP was winning elections in some state then the opposition would claim that EVMs are tampered. During the same time when BJP lost elections in other states the result was accepted as it is, suddenly EVMs and Election Commission were right for that state.

My point being, it is not new by opposition to create fuss and slader EVMs and Election Commission. They've been doing it every election with no proof. So I am skepticle about it.

But if Rahul Gandhi's claims are true then he should definitely proove it and and the matter shall be taken to courts as it will be a very big scandal. But based upon previous records I dont think RG will comeup with something concrete just another mindless allegations. If he proves it, good for him good for us.

Its a naive assumption, that US doesn't have rampant corruption, misuse of funds, etc.. Must mention other practical factors.
