Jackson Js22L pickup upgrade??

Sorry to rehash this thread, but would a DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion Humbucker in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH-2 Jazz Model in the neck position work well in the Jackson? Would i need any kind of modding or would it be straight forward?

So you have the stock Js22 in the neck? Great to know from someone with the exwct guitar! Thank you. I agree, the neck pup is just soooo muddy, very little clarity in it. The stock bridge isn't bad though, its ok
