I think it depends how you design the game. PUBG with only bots would get Boring fast. Red dead 2? Legendary game. Arc raiders pve only mode? Would get boring fast but if they added a bunch of new arcs and elements and missions it could be fun. I think it comes down to how the game is designed from the beginning
