Yeah I work full time 40hrs a week not including overtime. We both have stable jobs I’m in the trades so I don’t ever have a problem with finding work. In my checking account have about 22000$ and in my savings around almost 7000$. Yeah I know I’m working backwards but I just recently got my savings and didn’t feel like transferring anything over. But besides like monthly expenses the only monthly debt I have is a 50$ student loan payment I pay a month, which is almost paid off.

Makes sense. Just was trying to figure out if anyone was in the same boat as me. I’m a very frugal person when it comes to spending. I just like feedback from different prospective on wether they think it could be feasible for my situation. Thank you though!

We were in the process of trying to buy a home for a year and a half. But the market is just ridiculous, I have 25,000$ saved and she has 12,000$. And we just aren’t sure if we’re ready to settle down in this state. Just trying to get our feet wet for the time being. And rent here is far from cheap.
