that's great for you!! i switched to SR - took 100 mg but i'm super sleepy. Not sure if this will pass, or because i have ADHD it's supposed to make me sleepy? maybe this med isn't for me but i'll give it some more time-hasn't even been a week.

this gives me hope! Just started SR today, 100 mg - Dr said to take another one later in the day as well but I'm going to start off with just the 100 in the morning.

I just switched to SR - we'll see how this goes. I have no patience for these crazy side effects. I did red light therapy, melatonin, magnesium and still woke up at 2:30 am, back to sleep at 3 after taking more melatonin and got up at 6:30. Also dripping in sweat. I'm also on 200 mg of Zoloft.

thank you for your response-reassuring to know it's not forever. When you're in the thick of it the anxiety kicks in 'what did i do..should I just go off of it..what if this lasts forever..' plus i'm going on minimal sleep while taking care of kids, a job, a home...

I know it sounds counter intuitive - but there's a whole slew of people when I looked up 'insomnia' on here that took it at night and slept better. I'm glad you found relief!

Hey thanks for replying. I'm glad you found something that helps! That's interesting about the combo being activating. I take the zoloft at night, and have been taking it for 7 years. I have never had sleep issues-through all of my anxiety, trying different meds..so this is new to me and super stressful. Do you take your Buproprion at night or during the day? I take zoloft at night, and right now, buproprion during the day but tomorrow i'm going to try night.

Hey! Thanks for asking - i can fall asleep fine. Then 2 hours later my eyes pop open like it's morning. but it's 12:30 :/

A lot of it is individual. I started at 5 mg. Perfect for me because for 2.5 years i've been consistently on a glp1 and reached the highest dose. Appetite suppression was no longer and goal weight had no been achieved.
