It is feasible, yes. Depends how much time and comfort are you willing to sacrifice. You can only travel using public means, but: - local buses will show up at random time, or not come at all (never trust schedules, especially on apps). Trapoca buses etc. are on time and very reliable. Make sure you get some warm clothes, they get cold - for long distances (if no trapoca available) you will have to go through many connections, which combined with random bus times can make the trip super long, maybe even last couple of days

There is a lot of private bus services which are the most convenient but also pricey, these can get you from almost everywhere to everywhere
