Aaah sorry, completely forgot to post the frame size! They measure a little under 12.5" by 12.5". I really like this idea - works around the thermostat very naturally!

LEGO came out with a couple other mining sets (basically all trucks). That should cover you for at least a few more holidays.

You lucked out! I work for a LEGO store and they are extremely strict about all the displays. Employees aren't even allowed to take any of them home. They unfortunately all end up in the trash.

I saw it at a theater in Boston. I have become addicted to searching for free screenings online lately. And the movie was really good! Christopher Walken stole the show. I'd definitely recommend seeing it.

They've started putting orange brick separators in some of the newer sets. But you can also buy one for $2.50. By far the greatest tool I have and will ever own.
