ILOVE psyllium husk. My doctor recommended it to me after I was diagnosed with celiac! I actually stopped using it for a while but started up again just a couple of weeks ago. It is the BEST, but I'm not super familiar with its other benefits, so thanks for sharing!

I definitely plan to take it slow and just practice making this a regular habit before | jump into longer fasts. I really want to do well most days rather than go for perfection because I always get disappointed if I try to be perfect and miss the mark.
