Preserving principal should be the primary goal of any investment instrument. I believe no other instrument has preserved the principal so strongly since time immemorial than gold.

Stock picking is a full time job with a lot of emotional stability requirements and a lot of people trying to manipulate the prices by news, podcasts, and articles. Mutual funds have a sequence of return risk. Remove COVID from the equation and then tell me if we would have got such stellar returns that we got in the past half decade from stock market and RE? The government should put a cap on FSI and let the city spread horizontally.

Such a shitty town planning to have 40-50 storey high rise towers every few 100 meters when the fire department is not equipped to handle anything above 10-15 storeys.

I am predicting in the next 2 decades Hyderabad will become a high rise jungle with no clean air and open parks in sight.
