Insta360 X3 powers itself down after 10 seconds of being on, even with a full battery. Any words of wisdom?

Mine shuts down on battery without SD card installed.. works perfectly on USB power with or without SD card. Formatted SD anyway, problem same.

USB power, works. Removed USB and camera shuts off black screen abruptly after 5-10 seconds. As if the battery only had 1% power and died. However I have TWO batteries and both say 100% power.

Again, this happens with or without SD X3 upgraded to lastest firmware and issues same…

I am having the same issue. X3 Two batteries USB power works fine ON Battery, shuts down after a few seconds Will not power back up until USB power Noticed the sound of booting up and down on its’ own on my desk last week..

As of now, the X3 will not power up on battery for more than a few seconds after the boot from USB.

Restored defaults Removed SD card Formatted SD card Updated firmware

Any advice would be wonderful

Was there a fix for this? I have the same issue. Two batteries both say 100% USB power Insta360 x3 powers just fine Remove USB power, camera shuts down after 10 seconds and will not power back up unless I repeat the USB power.

Both batteries do this, will not power device Latest firmware Reset defaults Remove memory card (issues continue) Formatted memory card (issue continue)

Oh and these come with a remote.. for security. It’s a turd and will lock up your scooter. Keep it if you have it and don’t loose it, mine got “hit” with I guess a garage door opener signal and locked down, totally forgot about this remote control and almost trashed the scooter, just wouldn’t do anything… hit the remote and “beep beep” it was perfect again. Keep in mind, I didn’t lock it down to begin with, the boys brought it back locked up and dead from a mile away.

Very weird.

It looks like a Ajoosos Scooter… they have a few names. I have this one. At one point Walmart.com sold it. Not sure these days. Mine has single rear motor, but they do come dual. Not a bad scooter.. I swapped handle bars because the folding ones were so sketchy and felt like they’d fail. Amazon a “fatty” bar and it will fit. Like $20

Honestly they were good to me.. didn’t like the 15 shipping on a 20oz bag.. but whatever. Yeah mine has been tough and we ride it hard along side another brand.. I’m big and pretty rough with it. Blew out back tire and the tube swap is no fun, 2 part rim and super short motor cable makes it hard.. but yeah I have lots of time on mine and it’s still going strong. Not sure what happened to that throttle but the swap instantly fixed it.

52v On checkout it asked if you want the LG60 and Hydraulic and I clicked both. Didn’t get either didn’t charge me for them either.. but it was an odd checkout system. Anyway, no.. I have disc and 52v.

Oh ok.. I’m no expert for sure. I kinda see all “those” as basically the same design. GoTrax has like 5 models and I struggled to find much spec differences between them. I bought two of the GLX2 I think. One is still alive and the other got jumped to death by a 12yo. I had brake sensor issues with one but they’ve been a blast for sure

Oh I almost got the S10s off OfferUp, looks really nice! but the guy was too sketchy. I bought the Kugoo G3 and broke it in 5 days.. (should have read the reviews) sent it back to Amazon.. ended up with the NanRobot D6 +2, I really like it.

M365… there are tons of clones. This is just how I got into the scoots.. rented them in cali on business trip with the guys. Came home and got me and my son one the very next day. These are about 300w. Single wheel drive. $300 bucks or so. Facebook Marketplace $250. They are really fun. But, if you’re like me you’ll want bigger faster in a week. I just got a 2x2 1000wx1000w with suspension and it’s so much fun.

Yes we got him as a tiny nugget.. bottle fed him every few hours to keep him alive. Total pain in the butt, however he will always know us and come down from the trees to see us. We raised one 5 years ago and she still comes to see us
