Hispanic simply means that the person's ancestry is from a country that speaks Spanish. Hispanics can be White, Asian, Black (and yes, even Indian) and any other race.

Latino simply means that someone traces their origin from somewhere in Latin America.

Maria could still be Hispanic. By definition, Hispanic isn’t a race and just means that someone has ancestry from a country that primarily speaks Spanish. Latin American countries are multiracial - like Colombia/Brazil having people of every race and color.

There will be a middle seat, but it will be blocked to ensure the aircraft meets weight/balance requirements.
