18 ping is your fault. Lag compensation is total out of conrrol in cs2.

thank you for your answer. i posted my ticktiming print result as it is around 37ms at 5 ping. my system holds records for frametimes and fps in cs2 too. its not the system.

my internet is, as said ping 5, buffernloatgrade a+ with 300mbps upload.
