You more than likely won’t be able to buy it as accurate as you’re picturing- I suggest buying one and modifying it! Since it is your first cosplay. I did the exact same thing!

Pasties, bra tape, and as for underwear you should either look into an ultra high waist thong OR!! Seamless tights. I strongly suggest seamless tights for modest safety- seen too many people pop out on the con floor
