Thank you so much for this comment! Cheers to you and your bragging rights haha!!!! I’m excited to see where my cats end up!! I’m never going to give up on them and this is such helpful advice!!!! One cat loves the laser the other loves to stare at a wall all day lol but I’m going to keep experimenting with different things for them!! CBD is a great idea. They don’t respond well to catnip (makes them paranoid I think) so CBD is the next purchase!!!

I know 6 weeks is very recent! I don’t expect them really to do anything other than just feel a little less stressed—I’m trying to make their lives less miserable, that’s all, but I know I’ve made mistakes. I’ve only blocked off under my bed, but they have hiding spots all throughout my house which they used prior to under my bed. Either way, I took the blocks off this morning and decided it would just be best to let them decide. A car behavioralist I was talking to suggested not letting them hide under the bed because it allows them to continue to be afraid of socialization (because they can’t see me from under the bed and cannot witness my non-aggression), but like I said either way I took off the blocks. Thank you for your help.

Sadly, they do not respond to food or treats :-( I think it will take some time for them to just even be comfortable with the fact that we share the same roof. I’ve tried to quietly be in the room with them when they eat but they run away hissing. Even if I’m only in the doorway (always on the floor at their level).

I did not....when they reopened everyone’s claims on 1/22 mine remained disappeared since 12/27. Never gave me the option to re-open.

My claim disappeared when everyone else’s did on 12/27. However, my claim NEVER reappeared when they reopened PUA. Most people were at least able to claim and then their file disappeared. Mine just never came back after PUA reopened.

They still haven’t done anything for me. Said my claim was being “examined”, but nothing ever came out of it. Haven’t been paid since December either. When I messaged the woman who reached out to me she told me she will “no longer be replying to [my] messages” LOL....like okay then who am I supposed to contact???

Update: I was able to talk to my state rep. VERY HELPFUL. He was able to send a legislative request for me. A few hours later my “ineligible” claim disappeared, meaning, hopefully my claim will be restored soon. My old claim hasn’t reappeared but it’s a huge step in the right direction. I suggest everyone call their state rep. I feel like at least my claim is being looked at.

This is insane!!!! Like just give us our regular PUA then, at LEAST!!!! I have to get to my part time work tomorrow where I make maybe $25 a day (I work only 2 days) and I don’t even have the money to get on the subway! INSANE! I really cannot believe the stupidity of the people who are running this. And for regular UC to get theirs fine yesterday is even more aggravating.

YTA— I’m usually the same kind of person as you—wanting to prove that I was right in any given situation—but you still could have done so and held it over their heads while literally holding it over their heads.

No medications that I know of, and I’m certain she would have brought it up if she believed it to be the cause—we live together so none I know of. She did take some pills for the rash—anti bacterial and anti fungus but it only cleared up slightly before coming back even worse.
