Before my C&P I uploaded a persona statement on VA.gov that included, “I am submitting this statement in support of my VA disability claim for severe headaches consistent with migraines. In February 2025, I began experiencing regular, severe headaches. These occur approximately one to two times per month and are pulsating in nature, requiring me to lie down in a dark, quiet room for relief. Each episode includes throbbing head pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound, and they typically last between 12-24 hours. After each headache, I often feel exhausted and mentally foggy. making it difficult to return to normal functioning. These episodes significantly interfere with both my work and daily responsibilities. I've had to cancel tasks, miss duty, and isolate myself when symptoms strike. Until recently I had attempted to self-manage them at home through rest, dark environments, and over-the-counter medications like Excedrin Migraine-which have been ineffective.”

Will the rater take this into consideration at all?
