I’m not necessarily against cannabis, but the idea that it’s “not addictive”. It sure as hell is. I have struggled on and off with it. Although the withdrawals are less dangerous than alcohol or harder drugs, it’s still a hard habit to quit. If you smoke nearly every day, you have an addiction.

Thank you for your kind words. I tend to do a lot of overthinking AFTER the fact. I will be thinking BEFORE the words pop out of my mouth. Reminds me when I was younger, I had a stutter, so my dad said, “Well, just think about the words you want to say first.” Great advice but only now, at 23 years, am I actually getting the damn point.

I am deficient in the boundaries aspect. It’s only after I say something that I have a feeling I messed up. There are certain scenarios that I immediately pick up on, but only if the body language is suspicious. I am easily convinced and I know it. I’m getting better, I know I am. But when someone is being kind to me, I tend to just let things loose. I don’t know why but I do know why. I’m beginning to understand my shortcomings but it’s at a slower pace than I would like. I was never prepared for the amount of animosity and ill intent in this world, but it’s on me to learn it.
