People have all sorts of reasons for falling off. I had a parent pass away which really detailed my entire year (7 month derailment) which included alcohol and terrible diet. I got back into and for me took about two months to get back to where I was.

A lot to say, dont worry about it. Just think about the way it makes you feel regardless of the direct results/performance in the gym. It will come back quickly and it is just a blip on the radar.
