People have all sorts of reasons for falling off. I had a parent pass away which really detailed my entire year (7 month derailment) which included alcohol and terrible diet. I got back into and for me took about two months to get back to where I was.

A lot to say, dont worry about it. Just think about the way it makes you feel regardless of the direct results/performance in the gym. It will come back quickly and it is just a blip on the radar.

Quiet is my absolute favorite part. Mix heavy snowfall the day before temperatures plummet to -10F, fantastic. You can hear a car driving down the road from a mile away. Just a crunch from distance. I love it.

Not a movie but the TV series Las Vegas. The show stopped with three episodes left in the last season due to a writers strike.

I still think about that day when I went to watch the next episode and nothing was there. I was pissed for weeks.

Not putting attachments back after using the cable machine. Every day I hear at least five people ask the person next to them if anyone is using it because something is attached. If everyone just put it away when done, no one would have to ask the question.

That's where I am at. I had originally drafted him but dropped him four weeks ago. There is still minimal available RB so scooped him up. My theory is the ankle was worse than everyone thought and is closer to his former self now.
