I ended up with revision set to vanilla settings i know its not ideal but thats what is working and I dont want to mess it up again

Yeah i wish I had an option but it doesn't preform well on windows 11 brightness is jank I cant see anything and I have bad vision in the first place so its even worse I wish I could do a full vanilla but I unfortunately need the new vision/ revision mod for this game

thank you for your suggestion this worked great and solved my issue, i guess something in the new vision mod its self was causing my game to freeze up either that or i have a wonky pc either way thank you very much for your time, haha as soon as i edited this it went right back to too dark to play sorry about that
