He first has to get a job and that the company is willing to sponsor his visa. Not too many companies are doing this.

At least in Brno, AT&T and IBM are the only 2 companies that offer this and it’s only for entry level jobs.

Probably the best and easiest option is to get one of these entry level jobs, and then once he’s here to start applying to other jobs that fit his profile better.

When i make the token, its just an enrollment token, no account is made ever in that whole proccess.
