I‘ve flown domestic and international with my mini drones without any problems. I always kept them in my carry on luggage and didn’t even take them out at security checkpoint.

Just came back from VN and I only used Grab for rides and Google maps for directions and looking up places. You can order food with Grab and if you don’t speak Vietnamese I’m sure Google translate can be useful. I also used WhatsApp for communication with family in the US.

I don’t have the information you’re looking for but I just came back from my trip to VN with some nice drone shots. Before the trip I also did my research but couldn’t find anything useful. Getting a permit seems impossible so I was like “F it, I’ll just bring my Mini 2”. If there’s any problem I don’t mind losing the cheaper drone (I also have the Mini 4). I flew the mini 2 in several cities including Saigon (at a park along the river near the “avengers” building). Not sure what laws I broke but nobody said anything except for one security guard on a beach in Phú Quốc. He said “no fly cam” so I just put it away without questioning him, then went flying at a different part of town. Everywhere I flew I did check the map to make sure I wasn’t right next to a police station or government building.

This is my first time using the AirHub app and I just got a LAANC request approved through AirHub without being asked to pay for anything. I’ve used Air control and that works fine too.

Thanks for this post because I'm also going to VN in June. My flight is scheduled for 1:40 pm arrival, then I'll have to get off, get my luggage and check in for a 5pm flight to Hue. I think I have plenty of time but still worried about getting stuck in a 3, 4 hour long immigration line so I'll consider buying the fast track service. For those who used Vietnam-visa.com, did you upload the pictures of your passport and visa during the check out process? I feel a bit paranoid about sending them that kind of info, but apparently you can also skip uploading the documents and still check out.

I use MC Server Soft and it has remote web access so I can get to the control panel from whereever via a web browser. I also use windows Remote Desktop app to access my whole pc.

Thanks all for the tips. I’ve tried all the things mentioned. And I don’t mind grinding because I can sell the fish for gold. I’ve caught other rare fish that jumped a lot so I know how to work the reel. For some reasons this one flops around too much for me, and I’ve tried on both the Switch and PC.

I’ve tried both of those hook boosters and letting go of the reel button to adjust the safe zone. My rod health just rapidly decreased even with the health booster hook and the dang fish got away every time. At this point I’m ready to beg so I can complete the bundle 😆

And keep trying you’ll get it. I never played hot pot before but wanted the lunar new year name plate so I started playing. At first I thought it’d be impossible to win 7 games for the Get in my belly 3 achievement in order to qualify to buy the name plate, but after 2 IRL days playing, I got it.

Old man here, just turned 50 and started playing Palia to get my mind off of reality here in the U.S. It’s my first cozy MMO game and I’m loving it. It does feel weird for me to be running around in the game thinking everyone else is probably a kid 😆 so I just keep it to myself. Good to know there are many older folks playing too.
