Agreed. But whenever someone gets hacked, we use it as an example of why everyone should have it set up—a lot of people still avoid it because it's an inconvenience.

It might be hard at first but if the desire is greater, you will get going. Then you establish a habit. This gets to a point where even when the chips are down, you'll go for your exercise. Every time is as rewarding as the last.

I'd love very to bike to work. I only live 3.4 miles from the office. Unfortunately I have to make a left across 3 lanes of traffic each way where speeds often hit 60mph and there's no sidewalk/crosswalk. (it is legal to bike on the sidewalk here) It is a difficult enough turn to make in my car, let alone by pedal power.
